About this website

This website describes Loarre’s inspection-business platform and its product direction. Some broader AI accounting, bank reconciliation, marketing, and mobile-store capabilities are in development. An inquiry does not create a subscription or guarantee a particular integration, phone-number port, result, or release date. We confirm available features and setup requirements before enrollment. Customer services are governed by the agreement presented at signup.

Platform pricing

The advertised Loarre platform plan is $89 per company per month, including all Loarre software modules and supported integration access, with new modules included as released. Optional AI receptionist usage is billed separately at actual voice-AI and phone-provider cost, without a Loarre usage markup. External provider accounts, subscriptions, payment processing, transactions, taxes, or other third-party services may have their own charges. No payment is collected by this website’s inquiry form. Subscription billing, cancellation, and other account terms will be disclosed before enrollment.

Loarre text messaging program

Our optional messaging program concerns your Loarre inquiry, onboarding, and account setup. By selecting the separate SMS checkbox and submitting your number, you consent to automated texts from Loarre for those purposes. Consent is optional and not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Do not submit another person’s number without their authority.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance once the texting service is active. You can also use your private preferences link or contact hello@getloarre.com. We honor withdrawal before further optional messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging depends on provider activation, number eligibility, registration, and network availability. The website can record your choice before texting is activated; recording consent does not itself send a text.

AI information

The product assistant provides general Loarre information using OpenAI. It may be inaccurate and does not access your private account or perform purchases, configurations, signatures, or financial transactions. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or inspection advice. Do not share sensitive records. Verify important business decisions and compatibility with the appropriate provider or professional.

Inspection responsibility

Loarre is software, not an inspection company. Inspectors remain responsible for evaluating properties, confirming observations, reviewing reports, and meeting applicable professional requirements. Marketing descriptions do not guarantee defect detection, business outcomes, or regulatory compliance.

Appropriate use and intellectual property

Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, submit abusive or automated spam, or interfere with the service. Loarre branding and original website materials belong to their respective owners. Apple, App Store, Android, Google Play, QuickBooks, Stripe, and other referenced brands belong to their owners; references do not imply endorsement.
